Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Brown hamburger in a large skillet. Add any desired seasonings or salt.
- Add in chopped cabbage and salt, cooking to your desired tenderness. I like mine pretty tender.
- Once it has been cooked thoroughly, add the sauce to the hamburger and cabbage. I add some water to the jar to get all of the goodness.
- Finally, add your noodles if you are using spirals or penne. It can also be served directly over your cooked spaghetti noodles.
Notes
This recipe is very flexible. The beef and cabbage could even be served over rice if desired, with or without sauce.
